I have a question while using the ultimaker2+

Posted · I have a question while using the ultimaker2+

When extracting substances, purge fast, or purge slow works well,. But when I try to extract them in a 3D structure, they do not work,,

The pictures above are purge fast(or slow) extraction pictures.

 

During purge fast(or slow), the rotating one(the red circled part) does not rotate during 3D structure extraction.

We are using the Discovery Extruder with an additional attachment.

 

 

please help me
