Cura 4.11 Single layer print not slicing at certain thicknesses 0.2 and 0.3

I am running Cura 4.11 beta for my Ender 5 printer with a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle with TH3D Studio firmware.  I have been printing First Layer test prints with several other versions of Cura, 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10 without this problem.  But with Cura 4.11 when I set the first layer thickness at 0.2 or 0.3 Cura 4.11 refuses to slice the model.  If I change the thickness to 0.201 or 0.303 Cura 4.11 will slice them and print them correctly.  Cura 4.11 insists on using a thickness of 0.198 mm but will not slice.  Curiously when I scale the Z thickness it is referred to 0.198 to calculate the % scaling.   I am not sure what is going on but the software seems to be ignoring the first layer thickness I set.  What am I missing here?
