Something Awful (Top/Bottom Surfaces) is (are) Happening in my Walls

So, this is an interesting issue I've begun encountering while working on some very small airfoils recently. Numerous layers seem to, at random points, appear as top/bottom surfaces instead of the intended walls. I can not fathom what exactly is going on here. Attached is a screenshot showing some of the problem, but it is beginning to cause serious complications due to unnecessary stops and starts. Any suggestions?

edit: Added project file. The settings are a mangled husk of the original profile; I threw everything (up to and including the kitchen sink) at this to try and sort it out.
edit 2 10/30/2021 2248Z: Project file fixed.

Now it's too big.  A 200mb project file?  You can try just posting the STL model file but if it's over 90mb my old laptop doesn't have the horsepower to deal with it.
