Spiralise a flat layer?

Ok so I have a flat ring I want to print as a spiral. Not a single wall spiral upwards. Like a danish pastry. I don't really want to get into why. There's a good reason. Can anyone think of a way to get Cura, or any other slicer to do this rather than concentric lines? Any suggestions or advise would be very much appreciated.

Thank you! This looks like it will work. Struggling to work out how to get the scale right though. Does anyone know how to get the svg the right size? I've drawn in autocad and converted in illustrator.
