Sur mon ultimaker 3, lorsque je lance une impression, la consigne de température se règle automatiquement à 0°C

J'ai vérifié les paramètres d'impression sur cura et la consigne devrait être réglée à 200°C

Pourtant le réglage manuel de la température ne pose pas de problème, la tête répond rapidement et ne semble pas présenter un quelconque défaut

j'ai également déposé/reposé le printcore, il ne semble y avoir aucun dommage matériel au niveau des composants

 

Si quelqu'un peut m'éclairer, je suis assez perplexe

    .dans ce cas là l'imprimante se met en défaut.

     

    un problème de sonde serait détecté également.

     

    premier reflexe, mettre à jour le firmware

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
