Posted · S3 brand new stopped working

Hi, can someone help me please, my printer was also doing fine, until I sent a new file via cura cloud to be printed, I saw that my printer just turned off . And there was a ticking sound, no lights nada. I tried to power cycle it to no avail, just the tiking sound. Please help me. Thanks
