I added them to the post as .gcode, but I can't really see a big difference.

The difference between the two is that in the old gcode, first the bed is fully heated up, and then the extruder. In the new gcode, the bed and extruder heat up at the same time. What is likely happening is that the power supply does does not have enough power to heat the bed and the extruder at the same time; keeping the bed or the extruder at a high temperature costs less power than heating up from cold. When the power supply "runs out of power", the printer electronics also get less than they need, causing the printer to reset.
To be honest, I don't know why this was changed. Did you tweak the start gcode in Cura? If so, undo those changes.
Edit: wait, is this even Cura gcode?

I didn't do anything with the code. so far I did all the drawing and slicing with Fusion360 and didn't have any issues. I will try to find where is cane from and change it.
However, thanks for the helping to find the bug, the explanation is simple and plausible. Great work!

So we have to inspect both an old an a new gcode file. The first ~50 lines of code from each will suffice. Please upload them somewhere and post a link (dropbox, google drive, wetransfer etc)
