Ultimaker 2 - no part cooling fans, weird power issue.

Hi all, after many years of mostly trouble free printing, my UM@ is developing some odd issues. Beginning yesterday, I noticed that my part cooling fans are no longer turning on. At the start of a new layer sometimes they'll start to spin up, and then immediately spin back down again. After the issue presented itself I was able to run one complete print with the cooling fans active, but none after that.

I've also noticed that when power cycling the printer, sometimes the printer won't fully power up. The interior lights won't turn on, and the panel doesn't light up. I've tried a few google searches seeking similar experiences, but I'm coming up short.

And ideas for me?

Maybe the power supply gone bad, or degraded, so it can no longer deliver full output? Or bad contacts? These are the first things I can think of.

To be sure, also check the mains power, if that voltage is correct. Should be okay, but you never know...
