Nozzle temperature won't work below 200

I am using a Creality CR6 SE and Cura 4.13.

If I set the printing temperature below 200C the nozzle heats up to the set temperature initially but then resets to 200C before printing. I can print at over 200C without a problem. I have set the default temperature of the PLA filament to 190C.

I can print at the lower temp. using PRUSA slicer.

Any ideas why CURA won't let me print at the lower temperature?

There are several temp settings in Cura, check all of them. The search field helps to show also hidden settings, which are not visible due to your configuration.

All the printing temperatures that I can find (4 of them) are set to 190C.

Save a project using File -> Save Project... and upload the file somewhere. That way we can see exactly what settings you use.

I loaded your project, sliced it and saved the gcode. The gcode only sets the extruder temperature to 190 degrees at the start, and 0 once the print is done. If your printer sets the temperature to anything other than 190 with this project, then it is the firmware, not the gcode that is at fault.
