Check that you have the correct extruder selected in the preview colour scheme dropdown.
I've just started using multiple extruders to manage nozzle sizes on a single extruder machine, and this has caught me out several times. (side note: is there a better way?).

Your shift key seems to be stuck. That makes it look like you are yelling.
You are not giving us much information to go on, but I think what you are trying to say is that there is no horizontal scroll-bar that will let you visualise how the nozzle moves within a layer. The most likely cause of this is that your GPU (or driver) does not support OpenGL 4.1, which is required for full functionality of the layerview. You may need to upgrade your computer.

thanks am using cura 4.13.0. in cura 4.11.0 cuser was visible. will investigate GPU
