This happened to me also. It was the solder joints on the heated bed. There can be tiny micro cracks in there.
By the way - I have had prints stop half way through and was able to continue them by editing out the first half of the gcode. It's tricky as the first extruder position was several meters into the print. Google for a solution or ask for a solution if your print is still on the glass and you want to try this.
