How to have Cura display the Nozzle Size Pull Down menu?

Hi

 

I have seen some profiles in Cura have the Nozzle Size pull down available from the top menu.

 

The screenshot below is for the Ultimaker 2+.   I have seen a few other non-Ultimaker printers have this ability in their profiles.

How can this be added for other printers I own?

There is no way to do that via the interface
