This is because those materials are excluded in the machine definitions files of your printer. There are 3 possible ways:
You need to contact the creator of these profiles and ask them not to exclude at least the generic materials so that you are able to add the material values to a generic profile that you can use as alternative,
or you modify the involved files yourself,
or you add/create your own new fdm-printer profile.
The first one is by fare the best solution. I never understood why creators of profiles do exclude the generic material profiles by default.
Anyway, for reviewing the actual creality printer definitions there exist a file called "creality_base.def.json". For Windows you will find the file at "c:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 4.13.1\resources\definitions\". Look for "exclude_materials" here you can find the material restrictions.

I'm seeing the exact same thing. Installed Polymaker PolySmooth (PVB) via the Marketplace, restarted Cura, and still the only thing that shows under Polymaker is PLA.
