Salve.

Ho acquistato una nuova stampante la DUE Alberi Sapphire Plus. Ha un display dove posso vedere le anteprime delle creazioni in STL. Nel pacchetto c'è un file stl di un cubo che mi fa gia vedere la forma ma quando creo il mio stl con Cura, anche se credo di aver scaricato il Plughins non mi fa vedere l'anteprima. Ho aperto il file G-Code sia prima senza l'immagine che dopo, il cambiamento c'è ma la stampante non riesce a farlo vedere. Premetto che nel file g-code fornitomi la stringa è diversa da cio che crea Cura con la stringa del g-code fornitomi. Mi chiedo cosa posso fare o se ho sbagliato qualche passaggio.

    Thank you @Smithy.  Being a good Italian boy (whose family is from Orvieto) I will attempt a response.  It will be in English as my Italian is so rusty as to be useless.  I can't even swear correctly anymore.

     

    @Benny63 I know the preview is nice to have, but it isn't a necessary feature.  When you received the printer - was a slicer program included as part of the package?  I will guess that one was and that it is a Two Trees version of a slicer (possibly Cura) and not the Ultimaker version.  You would need to go back to "Due Alberi" and maybe they can tell you what changes to make in the Ultimaker version so the preview is generated for your display.
