Printing Failure for Disc

While trying to print a disc (D=77mm, H=3mm), failures below kept occurring.

1. Material has a hard time sticking onto the build plate resulting in initial layer deviation.

2. Printed product is warped due to insufficient adhesion between build plate and initial layer.

I have attempted the following measures but nothing worked:

1. Using glue stick on build plate (Glue dries up very quickly, not sure if it's supposed to be like that).

2. Altering build plate temperature between 60-75 degrees Celsius.

(P.s. Build plate is cleaned after each printing.)

Is there a specific setting that needed to be followed for this?
