Bed leveling problem

Hello all friends,

I usually got bed leveling problem as attached pictures during using S series machines (S3 + S5). No material sticks to the glass plate  at some area (normally at the center). At those areas, the printer move the bed a little up while it's printing the same layer so the distance between the nozzle and glass plate is too small for the material coming out. It seems that the printer perform an offset because it recognized a height difference while doing active bed leveling. Because I can see the lead screw of Z-axis rotate when the print head go to those areas.

I did some things as suggested to solve this problem but the result is not as desired:

1. Manual bed leveling.

2. Clean 2 sides of the glass plate.

3. Change glass plate.

I know this is not important if we print small pieces but I really want to know if we can disable the movement of the Z axis while it's printing a layer.

I don't think this is something that we can easily solve through this forum, you better contact your reseller.

Are picture 1 and 3 the same glass plate in the same orientation?

Picture 2 another plate, or maybe upside down?

My first guess would be an out-of-spec (unflat) glass plate.

Hi Duyle, you say you are a reseller. Wouldn't that mean that you can ask your distributor for help on this? The pictures that you show are not normal, and together with some help this should be solved.
