ASA filament from Filamentum with CURA market place profile

Hello everyone 🙂

I am printing ASA filament from Filamentum with the CURA market place profile. Using a 0.8mm Nozzle in VASE mode with an Ultimaker 3.

Apparently 0.8mm nozzle it is not recommended by CURA when I selected it. I though I give it a try and all in all it has work well.

 

The only issue I had is this building up or material around the nozzle (see picture). It is printing in VASE mode so I had no pauses during the printing.

Maybe I am printing too slow? 20mm/s

Maybe too much flow? 100%

What would you guys recommend?
