Hello, mon imprimante ne s'allume plus ... juste un bruit de ventilateur 1 seconde et aucune lumière....

Elle a bien quelques années mais pas beaucoup fait d'impression. Je suis un peu déçu...

 

Quelqu'un as-t-il eu le même problème ?

 

Je pense qu'il faut changer  le "mainboard" ?

    bonjour Alain

    changer la carte mère est un peu violent en première approche.

    comme toute carte électronique un peu complexe, il s'avère généralement qu'un seul composant est HS.

    la difficulté est de trouver lequel !

     

    quelques mesures de tension sur la partie alimentation serait déjà un début.

     

    @electromu est appelé à l'aide pour le diagnostique.

    j'ai eu le même soucis avec mon um3 il y a quelques semaines.

    Makershop mon fournisseur m'a dépanné en me faisant réinitialiser le firmware.

    cela est possible avec une carte micro sd, la procédure est la suivante:

     

    Work Instruction - Ultimaker 3 firmware recovery (1) (1) (2).pdf

     

    il a fallu ensuite tout recalibrer mais depuis mon um3 refonctionne à merveille.

     

    en espérant que cela puisse te depanner.

    Pas de chance j'ai testé la solution avec la carde sd, la mise à jour commence et stop à 50%... et même après 20 minutes ça ne finit pas...

    J'ai essayer de démonter la carte, mais il y a une vis cachée derrière le cache à l'intérieur , j'ai des difficultés d’enlever ce cache pourtant j'ai bien enlever les 2 vis...

    Une idée comment faire ?

    Merci, j'ai pu lire le fichier, mais je reviens à ma question :

    Est-il possible de sortir le cache en forme de L au fond à droite de l’imprimante sans démonter le plateau ?

    Le problème est  qu'il  y a une visse cachée derrières qui retient la carte CPU que je dois changer

     

    Quelqu’un as-t'il déjà fait cette opération ??

    Oui, par l'extérieur de l'imprimante : 2 vis, une de chaque côté.
    Ci dessous c'est pour une UM2 mais sur l'UM3 c'est pareil.

    de mémoire il y a des ergots en haut et en bas de ce cache. les vis sont sur le carter

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
