Ultimaker S5 Camera Color Distortion?

Our Ultimaker S5 camera is displaying some sort of color distortion when viewed during online monitoring.

 

Pro bundle, 6.5.3 Firmware. Have powered off and on, but have not done a factory reset yet. (Will maybe try this tomorrow and update my post.)

 

Has anyone encountered this?

I have never had that on mine, but i would like you have already said try a factory reset. You can also force the printer to install the firmware update again, just in case something went wrong with the update, just do that via the printers menu.

So this is still an issue. Factory reset, firmware upgrades have not fixed the problem.

 

We have needed to have the printer running constantly, and other than this camera distortion, it's working fine. So adressing this issue took a back burner.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anyone from @Ultimaker who can chime in?
