Articulating parts sticking together

Recommended Posts

Posted · Articulating parts sticking together

Hello All,

I've been printing on my UMS5 for some time now. I just starting printing articulating models. Most seemed to come out OK. I however am having issues on a certain print with tight tolerances. The body and the clamp arm are fusing together. I've played with the horizontal expansion, the layer heights and different filaments. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks..
