Progressive under extrusion

Hello everyone,

I started to notice a progressive under extrusion (ABS, PLA, PETG, on both UM3 noozles) when printing large planes.

It happens on every layer: it starts the extrusion properly (on the photo it is possible to see the plane completely covered on the bottom, without gaps) and then, progressively, gaps starts to appear between the lines.

Any idea what could cause that? The only reason I could think off would be trying to print too fast, pushing the material faster than the nozzle can handle, but that is not the case. The nozzle temperatures are stable during all printing. Prints were sliced in Cura 5, with standard settings.
