Posted · Why are my speeds on the app so high?

I have been looking for a while and don't understand why my print settings are making my printer bed move so fast. I have not touched anything on the software itself and I even set the speeds at default, but when I run a preview the printer is still going fast. I found this out the other day when I was printing a project and my printer kept kicking up to 883%. Has anyone else had this issue? I have a Creality Ender 3 V2. I don't think it's my printer becuase the software shows that it's trying to print at that speed, despite not being set to the speed in the settings. I even set the print speed to 1mm/s, but nothing changes.image.thumb.png.5e2f2e783dff6f83c1456a67a408e7e5.png

You can open a gcode file in a text editor and check it yourself.  Search for " F" (space + F) and lines that have speed commands will come up.  Any F numbers over 9000 (150mm/sec) are a problem.  You could also search for M220.

Double check that you don't have a post-processor like ChangeAtZ running because it would make a global speed change that would show up on the LCD because it would would add an M220 line.
