Hello everyone.

So the issue is:

Sometimes my computer crashes and goes into bluescreen and restarts by himself.

And it's not he first time that happens and I have the cura software opened.

The issues is that if I try to open it again it does not open.

The cura software with version that was opened when it crashed don't open anymore, the only way for me to use cura is use the version 5.0.0 (I can't open the version 5.1.1)

I already tried restarting the computer, uninstall and install again that version and it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've found that 5.1.1 is also an issue for me, thought 5.1.0 does work (downgrading works fine)

A GitHub issue was opened that may be worth keeping an eye on https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues/13321

I can see the following error message when launching 5.1.1

Error loading Python lib '/Applications/Ultimaker-Cura.app/Contents/MacOS/libpython3.10.dylib': dlopen: dlopen(/Applications/Ultimaker-Cura.app/Contents/MacOS/libpython3.10.dylib, 10): Symbol not found: _preadv
Referenced from: /Applications/Ultimaker-Cura.app/Contents/MacOS/libpython3.10.dylib (which was built for Mac OS X 11.6)
      Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib
     in /Applications/Ultimaker-Cura.app/Contents/MacOS/libpython3.10.dylib
