What configuration items will affect the E value

Use ENGINE CMD slice and use CURA client slice directly. The final E value results are different. I aligned all the configuration items, and the value of X/Y is consistent

Can you share a little more about your set-up? 
What operating system are you on? 
What printer are you slicing for?

What Cura version are you using Or are you running from Source?

Perhaps share your problem as I see .... but I expect .....

Just wanted to check in to hear if you are still stuck.

Thank you for your response. I apologize for not replying to you until now.

The  problem has been resolved. It appears that there are some hidden configuration terms that we have not kept consistent with. After we keep them consistent, it seems that the problem has been resolved.
