Posted · Need to fix my Ultimaker 2 + Extended

As with everything old, my 3d printer stop functioning. It appears the extrusion head is not able to reach temperature; or for that matter, maintain any temperature. I suspect the entire assembly needs replacing. I'm a casual user of this product and I'm sure if push came to shove, I could determine it to be... something. But, I just want a part to see if it works. So, where do I go for parts? 

 

Any help would be great.
