Posted (edited) · Ik kan niet bij het mainboard

Mijn ultimaker 2 geeft error 2. Er is iets met het temperatuur bord, waardoor hij niet opwarmt en dus ook niet kan starten. Nu moet ik bij het maanbord komen, maar ik kan hem niet openen omdat de zilveren plaat te laag zit. Maar die plaat krijg ik niet omhoog als de printer niet aan gaat.
