Cura build plate not moving with mouse?

Hello all. I have just upgraded to 5.1.1 and the build plate would not move with mouse inputs, So uninstalled 5.1 and went back to 5.0, now its build plate will not move from mouse inputs either!!!! Mouse works fine with all other apps. I have tried going through the Setting but nothing works!!!!

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear you are stuck. Can you share what kind of operating system you are on? 
What kind of mouse are you using? We've been getting some reports on Wacom mouses not working.
We've also seen some reports that users are stuck if they zoom all the way out. 
What kind of zooming/mouse preference do you have enabled?

Hi, I'm running Window 10. I've been through all the settings on and off, restarting each time. Even clicking the View tab and selecting camera position doesn't do any thing. I've just redownloaded the latest version and the same and its still affecting 5.0 after reinstalling.  And mouse is just generic mouse and its working fine otherwise.

Sorted. After going through the Plugins section, noticed the "Camera Tool" was disabled on instillation. Enabled and restarted and the Build surface now moves.
