Hey there!

I have been using Ultimakers for several years, and am having some trouble downloading my print data from the digital factory-

At the bottom of the 'Analytics' page in the digital factory, I am trying to download my CSV file. When I open it, the data cuts off in January of this year. How can I get access to those 9 months on date between now and January?

Is this a bug, or has this data been restricted to the enterprise subscription option?

Thanks!

    Hey @stichwgv

Welcome to the Ultimaker Community 🎉

This is not a functionality that I use a lot.
Are you sure you selected the correct date range?

You can learn more about it here.

Can you let me know if this doesn't work out for you?
Than I'll have someone from the team take a look for you. 😉

In the 'Analytics' page, I have 'All time' selected, so it should be showing all the data for all the machines in the fleet- correct?

Even with this selection made, the data cuts off on January 28th of this year.

I have "all time" selected for the date range, but don't see an interface like you've shown above. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I believe you are looking at your data in the Management Console on the IP adress of the printer.
I'm looking at the more up to date data analytics on the Digital Factory.

Can you try to connect your printers to your printer to the Digital Factory
    https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012019239
and download your data from https://digitalfactory.ultimaker.com/app/printers

My machines are networked through the Digital Factory- I'm selecting "all time" for the period at the top of the page and downloading the csv at the bottom. If I were to bring them into a new DF account, their print data wouldn't come with them would it?

    Hey @stichwgv,

I think I understand where our confusion comes from.
In the latest version of the firmware, we renamed the Digital Factory to avoid the confusion.
It's now named Management Console, this is how it looks like for me:

I double checked with the team. The Digital Factory only starts collecting data starting from the moment you've added it to your account. So you won't be able to collect the information from before the moment you've added it.

Could it be that you have performed a Factory Reset or a Digital Factory Reset at that moment?
    You mention "A
ll the machines in the fleet", could it be that you changed the host or guests at that moment?
Are you seeing different data if you visit the individual guests?
