If you make the Wall Line Count, Top Layer & Bottom Layer all 'zero' and untick 'Connect Infill Lines' you get the bellow outcome? Is this what you are after?
My idea is to make the Support Blocker a Cutting Mesh with 0 walls, 0 top and bottom. I sized the support blocker to leave 1.2mm walls in the front, sides, and back. There is no top, bottom, or slope.

Great idea! Just need to untick the connect infill lines to stop the infill on the slope.
