Hello how are you, I have a problem, the ultimarkercura software does not start, it freezes on
"starting print volume".
I have Windows 10, i7 7700 16gb ram RX 580 8gb

    Wow! You are super behind on Cura version, this is not a version we support anymore. 
    Our latest version is Cura 5.2.1. You can download it here.

    Does the latest version work for you? 
    Or can you share the reason why you prefer staying on this version 4.9.0 version of Cura?
