Posted · Saved Gcode is missing

problem with ultimaker cura g code saving files. If i save g code, then it show saved, (in pc). But if i open the folder, there are no file show up. If i use creality slicer, then no problem, all saevd g codes perfectly in the folder. Some advise where to look this problem to resolve?

    In order to help you we need a link to your log files. The 'Cura.log' file can be found in the folder that opens when you use the 'Help -> Show configuration folder' menu.

    What Operating Sytem do you have?
    Are you on Linux? We've had some reports on saving problems on Github.

    It's abit hard to troubleshoot here. 
    Do you feel comfortable sharing some screenshots or a screen share video?
    That would make it easier for us to troubleshoot.
