Trouble uploading a Ultimaker account profile picture

It seems that when I'm logged into ultimaker and I attempt to change profile picture nothing happens when I click confirm changes OR cancel

@MariMakes you seem to be a helpful person on these forums, can you tell me if I need a specific file format or a maximum size file/pixel to upload a new profile pic? It doesn't seem to be working no matter what I click

Hey @GoguyT3d,

I'm assuming this is related to the thumbnail image you assign on account.ultimaker.com
 

As far as I can see the acceptable extensions are: 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'png', 'gif', 'bmp'

And thumbnail size should be smaller than 350 x 350 pixels

I'm encountering the same error as you, so there seems to be something wrong, regardless of the picture you use. 

I'll bring it up to the team to see what they can do to improve it.
