Posted (edited) · Floating layers with Prime tower, how to fix?

Hello,

i’m having troubles with slicing a multi colored part on Cura.

i need to use a prime tower for color changing, but it seems that with 2 colors (red/white) on the prime tower are ‘floating’ in the air. (See pictures)

i have tried everything but unfortunately without succes.

anyone here with the solution?

    Thanks for the reply!

i don’t understand what you’ve said, un-tick those 2 colors won’t let me slice the model.

but thats not the problem, it’s just that the red and white color in the prime tower printing in the air, so no structure beneath it. (So the filament will drop down while printing those 2 colors in the prime tower)

i dont know if that is a problem?
