Old HDD crashed, had to reload Windows from scratch. Was able to not loose any data, just the ability to boot from the damn thing. So... Cura 5.2 is re-installed, I have my old profiles on the old HDD but need to import them. All the files in the C:\user\xxxx\appdata\roaming\cura\5.2\quality_changes are available to import to the newly installed Cura, but I can't figure out how. I tried to cheat and just move them over to the new HDD and Cura doesn't see them. So.... I have about 30 profiles I don't want to re-do. all the profiles end in       .inst.cfg

Have you tried copying over the entire C:\user\xxxx\appdata\roaming\cura\5.2 folder? That should get you the whole configuration you had on the old installation.
