My Printer changes direction

I use cura with my Duplicator Mini i3. Most of my prints, i use a brim.  Bed adhesion is ok.  The problem i noticed is that when the brim is done, the printer changes direction to print and often leaves either a blob or a small line of filament that after gets in the way. Is there a way to fix this? Is it a Cura settings problem? Thanks for any help.

    Hey @doubird1,

Do you have a picture of your problem, and a  project file for us? It contains the printer and settings we need for troubleshooting.  To save a project file go to File -> Save project.

I think your issue might be solvable with the correct combing and retraction settings.
Or you could be running into an issue similar to this one:
