Hello everyone . My name is Fred and I´m Relatively new in this community. I started last year , but have hardly communicated. with anyone sense then. Please except my deepest apologies for not writing sooner. I hope that I am not being too forward by asking for a little help. I know that this is a community that has a lot to do with Ultimaker 3D Printers and Cura, but I was also informed that I might be able to recieve some help although I donot own an Ultimaker Printer. I have a Labist ET4 3D Printer and I was wondering if anyone could help me with a couple of problems I have benn having. My first Problem is when I try to Print something with TPU Filament it will either print just the base or half way through the Print it will suddenly stop and discontinue the printing so that the Print will have not even started or will be half finished. I am sorry to say that I donot have any Pictures or Screenshots of these Problems, but Iam still hoping that someone might have an Idea of what might be the Problem and if it´s repairable. Any input would be most welcome. Thank you very much.  FRED

    Welcome Fred,

I don't know the LAbist printer,

So whats below is a guess...

for as far as I can see the feeding system is with bowden tubes and a feeder that pushes the filament through the tubes just as the S5,

I also read there is a broken filament sensor can you turn that off?

The issue with TPU is that it is compressible like rubber so if the feeder retracts the filament. But in the head the filament moves less and later as the printer is thinking it should. this can trigger that sensor.

But as stated before this is just a guess
