I would have to agree with gr5 on the statement of using a power meter and collecting your own measurements.
Overall power consumption of the S5 is subjective to environment (how cold/hot the room is) and what materials your printing and if you have an air manager installed etc.
The machine will always pull the most power during its pre-heat cycles.. and then bottom out 20min or so into the print job itself.
For starting reference the S5 has a 24v 500w power supply - so it wont pull beyond that at full power.
