My Ultimaker 3D +2 Connect Won't Turn Back On?

Hi Everyone, 

 

I hope y'all have a wonderful Saturday.  It is very busy here at Kidzu Museum but our's 3D printer is not working and children's want to make stuff with the 3D printer.  What happened with the 3D printer was I accidentally turn off the power when its update its software? or whatever it is on the screen it says at that moment; and not it won't turn back on anymore.  The 3D printer logo would show up when I turn the switch to on but then disappear and nothing happened to the 3D printer.  I have send a ticket to the support team but it is Saturday so a quick answer/help from them is slim.  If any of you guys know or had similar experienced and had resolved such issue I would very much like to know.  Thank you all.

Try a firmware recovery and see if that brings it back to life:
