That looks like a hard job, even for a skilled worker.
First, what's the access like, it looks like it's down a hole. Can the area be disassembled for free access?
The next thing is that electrical solder is very soft and we don't rely on it for mechanical strength – that's a sprung contact so when mated the solder joint will be under stress. I'm sure the original part retained the contacts in the plastic moulding, and it has now broken out. That wouldn't stop me trying to make a repair (nothing to lose by trying), but I would also be trying to source a replacement connector.
Don't be tempted to glue the contact in before soldering, the heat of soldering can break down the glue and release toxic fumes in the process (eg superglue releases cyanide when heated).
The full stable release of UltiMaker Cura 5.4 is here and it makes it easier than ever to remove brims and supports from your finished prints. UltiMaker S series users can also look forward to print profiles for our newest UltiMaker PET CF composite material!

Take it apart- then find someone who has experience to solder it. That’s not the job to learn on.
Someone close to you will probably do it and post it back if you ask nicely.

I suspect the repaired soldered part will be weaker than the original and more liable to break again . . .

No way can you solder that and expect it not to break again on the first try.
You can buy that PCB pretty cheap. Contact 3dshop.ca Probably < 100 CAD

Also there are nice videos showing you how to take the head apart: https://www.ultimakernasupport.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039150672-Printhead
