Ultimaker Cura won't load on my windows 10 laptop

it used to run fine but now when I try to open cura it loads for like 15 minutes and it says that it's not responding. I've tried downloading it to another folder and running it, but it seems like nothing is working

Generic computer troubleshooting step #1: Turn it off then on again. I'm guessing that's happened many times by now.

Program troubleshooting step #2: Uninstall any installations of it you might have using a program designed to clean up the leftovers (I like this one, free and open source), download a fresh copy, install it and see if the issue persists.

Make sure your computer is compatible with UltiMaker Cura 5.4 requirements.
(Just because you are on Windows10, does not always mean the hardware is supported)
