Generic computer troubleshooting step #1: Turn it off then on again. I'm guessing that's happened many times by now.
Program troubleshooting step #2: Uninstall any installations of it you might have using a program designed to clean up the leftovers (I like this one, free and open source), download a fresh copy, install it and see if the issue persists.
