Hi

What is the best way to contact Ultimaker?

I've broken the nozzle of my Ultimaker 2 accidentially while trying to clean it (it is now a 1.5mm nozzle...) as it was clogged after standing some time hot with ABS.

So, I need a new nozzle/hotend.

I've created a ticket on http://support.ultimaker.com/%204%20days%20ago,%20but%20got%20no%20answer.

There are no replacements parts for the UM2 in the shop, so I cannot directly order it.

Regards

Neredera

    Hi Neredera,

If you can send me a PM with your email I will redirect you to my colleague of technical support.

Sending an email to support @ ultimaker.com should be the proper path to follow.

When have you submitted the ticket?

    Thank you for your time,

    Hi

    Thank you.

I got some answers, but I was still not able to order a new nozzle.

Is there any way to accelerate the process (Ticket #XJC-351-28363)?

    Regards

    Neredera
