Posted (edited) · Changing material profile changes infill pattern

Hi

I have an issue with the infill type changing when it theoretically shouldn't.

When I change between the PLA and ASA material profiles I've created, the infill type also changes. Why would that be? As far as I was aware, infill type cannot be assigned to a material profile.

Thanks in advance

Any Cura parameter can be assigned to a material profile. The infill type is not an  exception.

I don't seem to have 'Select settings' button and neither is the infill pattern defined

For that you'll need to go to the Marketplace and download the awesome "Material Settings" plugin (mandatory shout-out to @ahoeben here):

It's possible for materials to have defaults which are hidden by default, but set in the material profile.
