The rods that support the print head are secured to two black sliding blocks on each side. Use both hands and push both of them at the same time and the head should move. You should be able to just grab the head and move it as well but grabbing both sliding blocks can be easier and it's a bit nicer to the printer.
Note that you wont be able to move the head if the motors are powered up.
