Hallo Zusammen

Im Rahmen eines Projektes versuche ich ein Flügelgerippe , aus PLA zu drucken und dann zu bespannen.

Der Druck ist nicht das Problem, jedoch das PLA. Ich weiss nicht wo sonst ich diese Frage stellen soll.

Meine Versuche:

Nylon und Spannlack (Problem:Spannlack greift das PLA an).

Klebefolie, die mit einem Heissluftfön gespannt wird (Problem: Hitze verformt das PLA)

Hat jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit dem Bespannen von PLA? Spannlack der kein PLA angreift?

    Hi NZehnder ;)

    Keine Ahnung ob es funzt, aber UHU und Holzleim sollen gute Kleber für PLA sein.

    Beides benötigt sehr lange zum Ablüften, also muss Deine Tragfläche auf jeden Fall irgendwo offen und irgendwie gespannt bleiben, zumindest bis der Kleber ausgehärtet ist.

    Dann eignet sich wohl auch Sekundenkleber ganz gut für PLA.

    Aber ob das Im Zusammenspiel mit Spannmaterial gelingt, das kann ich Dir bei keinem Kleber mit Gewissheit sagen, Ausprobieren...

    Kann das PLA vll. irgendwie vor dem Spannlack geschützt werden?

    Bringt es was die Streben vorher mit einem anderen Lack (der nicht angegriffen wird) zu lackieren? Oder diffundiert dann das Lösemittel des Spannlackes durch den "Schutzlack" der PLA-Teile?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
