Only follow Mesh Surface, but infill w/2nd Extruder

I'm pretty much a newbie by anyones standards, but I am trying to create a model that is hollow that can be printed with dual extrusion in Cura. I noticed the only follow mesh feature in the expert settings, and this looks like what I want extruder #1 to do, but then infill with extruder #2. Is there a quick way to slice this up in Cura or something else?

I have also tried adjusting the shell thickness to twice the amount of my nozzle size, with zero extruder overlap but I get layers of extruder 1 and 2. My end goal is to have a polycarbonate shell, with carbon fiber PLA infill. I have played with nozzle and bed temps, and have the two working well enough but cant get the slicer to do what I want.

I have also modified 2 STL files, one being the shell mesh, and the other the infill and then used the merge option in Cura and had limited success, but the complexity of it either A crashes Cura, or B takes a very long time, and then bombs out on saving the STL or sometimes the Gcode.

Here is what I have to work with.

Cura 14.07

Kisslicer Pro x64 latest build

Meshmixer

Solidworks 2014 x64

Meshlab Latest build

Netfabb Free

Repitier Host Lastest build

Running on Windows 8.1 x64 16GB memory, Solid State hardware RAID for storage.

Hardware

Glorified Greenhouse Airwolf HD2x (Marlin/Rambo)

Thanks for any help, and dealing with my newbie questions.

I would also be interested in testing any Beta builds of Cura for Winx64 if someone can point me to them.

Sounds good - did you give the "shell mesh" an inner and outer wall? Did you keep them slightly over .8mm apart?

Yes the shell has an inner and outter wall. I'm flying by the seat of my pants learning as I go I guess. Spent about 40 hours just reading help files etc. If there is documentation I have missed on this I apologize, specifically on why slightly over .8mm apart?

Probably based on the assumption that a nozzle is .4mm wide and you'd want at least 2 passes to get a shell off decent thickness
