How to import settings into Cura 14.09

I just installed Cura 14.09.

As I do not feel the need to setup everything again, I tried the copy-ini-file-procedure... and failed. Cura 14.09 persists on setting up new machines.

So my question (mainly to Daid... ;) ): How do I import the settings from Cura 14.07 into 14.09?

Oh, yes, sorry, due to problems with some installations, I moved the preferences files to:

    C:Users[username].cura14.09

    Instead of the older:

    C:Program Files (x86)Cura_14.07

Ok, I kind of sorted it out. I saw that new 14.09 folder. However I had some troubles getting the settings for two machines. machines.ini contains only one machine. I had to copy the preference.ini file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cura_14.07\Cura" to this new folder in order to get it work properly. It's somewhat strange.

    I've installed Cura 14.09 and can't see a C:users<myname>cura

    Clarify?

Not to complain about free SW, but if it's going to keep pestering me to update, it should allow me a way to do it reliably.

The runtime stats are never erased. (Unless you do special hacks)

    try .cura....

    So in my case:

    C:\Users\jonw\.cura\14.09

Is there any way to I change that path back? I have several CURA folders for my different machines and versions, this behavior ruins a lot of nice things I use to be able to do. Is that path setting in one of the .py files so I can just edit it back, or is in inside the complied exe?

It's in util/profile.py (something with defaultProfilePath or something like that)
