Help identifying the problem

Hi,

I have some random scars on my printed parts. Most of the part looks good, but at random location, some blobs appears.

 

What could cause this? Any ideas?

That's a bit like telling the doctor "I have this cough" what could it be. The doctor's going to need to know a lot more info before just giving you a diagnosis.
