Printing a flat lithopane is trivial as dimensioneer says - just load it. But if you want a curved surface it's more complicated. Here is one way to do it (second post):

As far as I know the easiest and fastest way to do this is using www.selva3d.com
It does just that. Super straightforward tool. I love it
