Gantry height is the distance between the nozzle tip and the Y axis rod. If you cheat that value in the machine settings you need to make sure the order you are printing the objects will not allow potential collision with already printed objects.

do you mean, you can't print one object at a time? in that case, you can change the printer gantry height in the machines setting.
