  1. Dustin's post in Find out which user printed certain print job? was marked as the answer
If you goto print job history on the left side..
hover over the icon or picture to the left of the name of the print job, it should show the users name.
  2. Dustin's post in Custom material S5 PRO BUNDLE was marked as the answer
You should be able to add it from the "Marketplace" within UltiMaker Cura.
I show it should already be pre existing: https://marketplace.ultimaker.com/app/cura/materials/rlsijlbing/OwensCorning_XSTRAND_PP

  4. Dustin's post in Cloud Slicing was marked as the answer
Its being looked into, more so due to the recent merger of MakerBot and UltiMaker.
Current generation MakerBot printers are all cloud slicer powered.

But at the moment there isn't a roadmap yet that I am aware of.
  5. Dustin's post in cura command line error (Windows 11 pro) was marked as the answer
    CuraEngine slice -v -j "D:/UltiMaker Cura 5.3.1/share/cura/resources/definitions/creality_ender3.def.json"

Need to use "" when a folder name has a space in it on windows..
  6. Dustin's post in Can I print from home? was marked as the answer
I'm not sure you followed what I meant..

The Sign In button on the top right corner of UltiMaker Cura is to sign into your UltiMaker account.
If you setup UltiMaker Digital Factory, you can join your S7 to the account.
When you finish slicing in UltiMaker Cura the save button suddenly has the option to print from Digital Factory.
This would upload the print to Digital Factory, the S7 would get the notification and start printing it..

You can learn more about Digital Factory here: https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667410780008
  7. Dustin's post in Ultimaker S5 Firmware V8.2.1 was marked as the answer
They have been updated as of a few hours ago, you can find them here.
    https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667410781982

Its a small update, but the primary note is that ER80 is no longer a error that fails your print.

No, you will need to update them each.
  11. Dustin's post in Unwanted Z move after "Pause at Height" was marked as the answer
I'm only seeing 2 z moves.. these appear to be correct distances..
if there is more than this going on, the issue is firmware side.
  12. Dustin's post in no more Printer group after updating to 8.2.0.0 was marked as the answer
You would need to firmware recover all machines in question back to an older version of firmware.

The core system components that power the "Groups" function was removed from the firmware entirely.

  13. Dustin's post in Advice needed on loading filament into S5 was marked as the answer
The following is a guide for loading materials on your UltiMaker S5
    https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667417952533

However, it sounds more like your front fan isnt working properly?
Make sure your front fan is clean and spinning properly when your print cores are heated.
  14. Dustin's post in Cura 5.x.x Ubuntu (Non-App-Image)? was marked as the answer
You could compile from source if that's what your referring to.. its on the release page on github
    Here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/5.3.1

  15. Dustin's post in Material Station with 2 identical spools, which one gets used first? was marked as the answer
Yes it will use B first next print if its following my example..

Also.. you can re use same bays over and over (need to use at least 2)

    Example
    All spools marked same..
    All spools are very low..
Assumes all other bays are empty or tagged as different material than the example assumes.

Load spool into A load spool into B
A runs out, fails over to B.
While B is still printing.. you eject A and replace it with another partial spool.
B runs out, fails back over to A.

You can continue this process if your using partial spools and don't want to remove what you have loaded in the other bays.
  16. Dustin's post in motor porblem after switching mainboard was marked as the answer
Sounds like you have a firmware miss match..
Ultimaker 2/Extended & Ultimaker 2+/Extended  - are not the same machines firmware wise.. the feeder direction was reversed etc..
Make sure you load the correct firmware for your model of machine.
  17. Dustin's post in Cura Adding custom layer and M221 S110 command to G code file how do I stop it was marked as the answer
You appear to be running a plugin that is overriding your output..
It works fine for me in 5.3.0

  18. Dustin's post in Questions from an S5 newbie was marked as the answer
Try to answer your questions here..

    1. Yes, or rather to over simplify the answer yes... Depending the material the Cura profile has additional settings baked in as well not exposed to the UI.. Additionally there is various triggers for status and processes within the machines firmware as well that gets triggered pending the material selected.

    2. Should be a fixed temp if I recall correctly. A there could have been any known material in the print core prior which might not work well with the material currently loaded.

    3. This is why we recommend cleaning print cores prior to switching material types
    See here: https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667337928445

    4. see #3
  19. Dustin's post in Farben der Druckköpfe was marked as the answer
This article covers the status indicators.
However as noted, there is indeed a bug at the moment that makes them some what random.
The randomness of the indicator bug is visual only - the print cores are still preforming their expected actions.

  20. Dustin's post in Printing with Stratasys brand ABS-M30 material on an S5. Is it possible? was marked as the answer
Quite sure that material is a 1.75mm so I would not attempt using it on either of your UltiMaker machines as they run 2.85mm material..

Otherwise approach it as you would any other ABS print.. its just another blend of ABS.
  21. Dustin's post in UM2+ Z-axis leveling issue was marked as the answer
Sounds like someone might have flashed UM2+ Extended firmware on a UM2+

  22. Dustin's post in Printer is pushing out the filament inconsistently. was marked as the answer
Looks like your nozzle is a bit too close to the print surface and its causing jamming.
  23. Dustin's post in Ultimaker ne s'arrête pas pour G-code "Pause at height" ou "Filament change" was marked as the answer
    Hi there,

It sounds like you are using a UltiMaker 2+  Connect?
If this is the case sadly the firmware does not support pause at height or filament change from Cura.
  24. Dustin's post in Cura not allowing more than 3 bottom layers was marked as the answer
Looks like the issue is a different setting overriding that value.

Your "initial bottom layers" is set to 3, this is why you see that result.

The setting you adjusted is any bottom layers not touching the build surface.
  25. Dustin's post in Output Layers to Image Files was marked as the answer
This sounds like how Resin LCD based printers operate. This isnt default functionality in Cura.
